Title Agency Processor /Closer

Join a fast-growing title office as a Title Agency Processor/Closer supporting a small title operations team with shared support across multiple offices. This role handles residential purchases and refinances through in-office and mobile notary closings throughout the surrounding counties, collaborating with closing attorneys, lenders, realtors, and clients. The position reports to the title agency owner and operations manager, with advancement opportunities toward senior closer, closing department leadership, or title operations management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-office and mobile notary closings throughout local surrounding counties.
• Prepare documents for residential purchase and refinance transactions.
• Process and review title and closing documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Review loan documents and support timely transaction completion.
• Communicate with clients, lenders, closing attorneys, and realtors throughout the closing process.
• Coordinate closing activities with realtors and shared support teams across multiple offices.
• Manage transaction details while maintaining punctual, professional, and energetic service.

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Notary Public commission.
• Experience handling real estate transactions.
• Knowledge of real estate closings, title processing, and notarial procedures.
• Ability to review loan documents and manage transaction details.
• Punctual, energetic, and dependable work style.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively with varied stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Three or more years of real estate transaction processing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual communication skills.
• Experience with residential purchases and refinances.
• Experience in title processing, real estate closings, or closing department operations.
