Electro-Spec is a diversified automated electroplating company that utilizes PLC automation for many of its processes. (i.e. Gold, Silver, Nickel, Tri-M3, Electroless Nickel, and Passivation) We are a dynamic company known for its casual, team-oriented work environment. We are looking for a self-motivated individuals with good attendance and a willingness to learn.
Responsibility/Requirements:
- Ability to stay organized and apply logical thinking skills
- Follow established processes and procedures
- Read/Utilize trouble shooting guides for equipment and quality issues
- Visual inspection of equipment, structures, and material to identify any problems or errors
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team
- Ability to wear the prescribed personal protective equipment (PPE) - company provided
- General physical activities -included but not limited to, sitting, walking, lifting, and standing
- Helpful but not necessary, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, manufacturer's spec, internal drawings, and procedures
- Attention to detail
- Good attendance
- Must have reliable transportation
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- High School diploma or equivalent
