About the Job
An established healthcare practice is seeking a Primary Care / Urgent Care Physician in Pembroke Pines, FL . This opportunity offers a flexible schedule, competitive compensation, and a supportive clinical environment.
Schedule: 3.5 days on / 3.5 days off (Wednesday Saturday rotation)
Shifts: One 6-hour shift, two 12-hour shifts, and one 10-hour shift
Hours of Operation: Monday Friday, 8 AM 8 PM; Saturday Sunday, 8 AM 6 PM
Call: No on-call responsibilities
Patient Volume: Varies by day
Setting: Outpatient Urgent Care and Primary Care
Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat acute illnesses, provide preventive care, conduct occupational health assessments, and perform routine medical evaluations
Additional Services: School physicals, occupational medicine, and immigration physicals
Qualifications
MD or DO with an active Florida medical license
Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine preferred
Experience in Urgent Care, Primary Care, or Occupational Medicine
DOT Certification preferred
US Civil Surgeon designation preferred
Experience performing school and immigration physicals is a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Experience with eClinicalWorks is a plus
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-centered approach

Compensation: $210,000 - $250,000, negotiable based on experience
