An established outpatient primary care practice is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician in Margate, FL . This opportunity offers competitive compensation, an established patient base, and a supportive clinical environment with the potential to transition into a Lead Physician role!
Position Highlights:
Specialty: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Location: Margate, FL
Setting: 100% Outpatient Primary Care
Schedule: Alternating 6-day and 4-day workweeks
Monday Thursday: 12 PM 6:30 PM
Every Other Friday: 9 AM 6 PM
Every Other Saturday: 9 AM 3 PM
Patient Volume: patients per day
Patient Population: Adults 18+
Visit Length: Approximately 15 minutes
Clinical Support: Medical Assistant and Medical Receptionist
Practice Size: 2 providers
EMR: eClinicalWorks
On-Site Services: Lab draws, EKGs, vaccinations, ear lavages, and Pap smears
Responsibilities: Comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management, preventive medicine, acute visits, and minor office procedures
Start Date: As soon as possible
Employment: Full-Time, 3-year contract
Qualifications
MD or DO
Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Required
Active Florida medical license
Current DEA registration
New graduates are welcome to apply
Spanish-speaking preferred, but not required
Experience in women's health, joint injections, and minor office procedures is a plus
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently
Interest in eventually transitioning into a Lead Physician role
