About the Role: Join the team at Red Robin in Clackamas, OR as a To Go Specialist and be the hero behind every delicious order that leaves our kitchen! You'll play a key role in delivering the legendary Red Robin experience to guests who enjoy their favorite burgers and bottomless sides from the comfort of home. Responsibilities: - Accurately package and prepare to-go and curbside pickup orders with attention to detail
- Greet and assist guests picking up orders in a friendly and timely manner
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and freshness
- Manage online, phone, and in-person to-go orders simultaneously in a high-volume setting
- Upsell add-ons, beverages, and desserts to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain a clean and organized to-go station throughout each shift
- Process payments and handle transactions accurately using the POS system
Requirements: - Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and guest-facing interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must meet minimum age requirements per state regulations
