• Federally Qualified Health Center is seeking BC/BE Family Practitioners to join their clinics
• Base salary range: $200,000 - $275,000 DOE plus bonus incentives
• Three openings available in Southern New York and Northern Pennsylvania
• Call taken via telephone approximately 7 days per month
• See an average of 16-20 patients per day from newborn to geriatrics
• Providers interested in Obstetrics welcome
• EMR: eCW

  • Site 1 is 2o minutes from Olean and 80 minutes from Buffalo
  • Site 2 is 40 minutes from Olean and just over an hour from Buffalo
  • Site 3 is 25 minutes from Olean and 90 minutes from Erie
