- Welcome guests with warmth and enthusiasm as they check in

- Monitor guests as they play, ensuring everyone's safe and having a blast
- Handle sales - respond to inbound inquiries and reach out on outbound leads, with commission opportunities on bookings you help close
- Light cleaning and tidying to keep our space guest-ready
What We're Looking For
- A high-energy, cheerleader-type personality - someone who genuinely loves engaging with people
- Comfortable being silly, loud, and outgoing - this job rewards big personalities
- Strong communicator, both in person and on the phone
- Sales-minded - you enjoy the challenge (and reward!) of turning inquiries into bookings
- Reliable, responsible, and comfortable keeping an eye on guests during active play
- Team player who wants to have fun at work every single day
No specific experience required - we're hiring for personality and energy first. Customer service, sales, retail, or event experience is a plus but not required.
Why Mish Mash Adventures?
- Hourly pay plus commission - the more you engage and sell, the more you earn
- Flexible scheduling to fit your life
- A workplace built around fun, energy, and community
