Join our CPR family and take your inner geek to the next level. You will diagnose and repair hardware & software issues on smartphones, computers, tablets, gaming systems and wearables.
All of our techs receive a very competitive hourly wage PLUS tips & monthly commission on device and accessories sales offered in our storefronts. If you are friendly & confident you could really rake in some extra cash to add to your base pay. Base hourly wage based on experience.
PLUS get generous pay increases as your skillsets increase.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on phones, tablets, desktop & laptop computers, and gaming consoles
- Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
- Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers
- Provide additional recommendations for accessory upselling
- Assist customers from initial check in process all the way through to the completion of their repair
- Provide recommendations for problem resolution
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Some experience repairing cell phones, tablets, computers and gaming systems - Hobbyists encouraged to apply!
- Proven ability & desire to learn new, required skills to ensure the best possible customer experience
- Basic MicroSoft Office familiarity
- Reliable Transportation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including some weekends
Experience recommended but not required:
- Computer & laptop Repair
- iPhone/iPad repair
- Android repair
- Mac repair
- MacOS/Windows/Android/Linux/iOS familiarity
- Soldering and Micro-Soldering is a plus
Previous repair experience will be given priority callbacks

Experience:
- Retail sales: 2 years (Required)
- Phone, Computer and Tablet Repair: 3 years (Recommended)
