- 6 months Pharmacist experience preferred
- Valid Texas pharmacist license
- ACPE-accredited sterile compounding certification
- Hospital experience
- IV Certification for Texas

- Shift Hours:
- Shift Days: Wednesday nights
- Schedule: 7 on / 7 off
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
