- Analyze documents and meticulously catalog exhibits for legal proceedings.
- Conduct thorough legal research and precise cite checks on briefs.
- Prepare all necessary legal documents with exceptional precision and accuracy.
- Monitor active cases and provide critical litigation support.
- Initiate and maintain legal holds utilizing specialized software.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of court deadlines, review relevant court and procedural rules, and manage comprehensive calendaring.
- Maintain electronic document repositories and effectively utilize document review platforms/software.
- Manage the e-filing of documents across various electronic court filing systems.
What You'll Bring (Must-Have Qualifications)
- 3+ years of comprehensive civil litigation experience, with direct involvement in personal injury, insurance defense, or tort litigation matters from inception to conclusion.
- Proven mastery in handling medical authorizations, including hands-on experience requesting, tracking, processing, and obtaining manual medical records and HIPAA authorizations across diverse caseloads.
- Strong proficiency in civil procedure requirements, court deadlines, and e-filing systems.
- Substantive legal drafting experience, including discovery demands/responses, Bills of Particulars, motions (e.g., Compel, Strike, Preclude), and good faith correspondence.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
