Work arrangement: Office attendance requirements to be discussed for each location. Job Details What you will do Manage defense litigation from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, discovery, substantive motions, and briefs. Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings, mediations, and other proceedings. Develop case strategy, prepare cases for trial, and provide timely client updates. Collaborate with partners and attorneys across practice groups. What you bring Active California or Florida admission for the selected office. San Francisco: 4+ years of litigation experience; labor and employment, professional liability, and/or commercial litigation experience preferred. Florida: approximately 3-4+ years of litigation experience in employment, professional liability, and/or HOA matters. Strong writing, research, oral advocacy, organization, and independent case management skills. Legal malpractice, accounting malpractice, and other professional liability work are especially valued in San Francisco.
