The attorney will handle employment law and personal injury cases, providing legal advice, conducting case research, and preparing legal documents. Responsibilities will include representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings while ensuring optimal outcomes. Collaborating with clients and team members, the attorney will advocate for the rights of individuals against corporations and insurers.
