Established Fort Worth law firm with extensive transactional practice seeks attorney to assist with same, including general advice, drafting real estate, construction, and other contracts, title review, and formation of business entities. Experience required and strong academics preferred. Must be licensed to practice in Texas. Competitive compensation and benefits.

We practice in many areas of civil law, including business and corporate law, oil, gas and mineral law, water law, banking and creditors' rights, bankruptcy, real property, eminent domain, zoning and land use, real estate, estate planning and probate, civil litigation and governmental law.
