Dallas schedule to be discussed. Job Details What you will do Assist attorneys with discovery, case management, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation. Draft discovery and routine litigation correspondence under attorney supervision. Review and summarize records, deposition transcripts, and other evidence; prepare chronologies and exhibits. Coordinate document collection, production, redactions, Bates numbering, subpoenas, and third-party records. Track deadlines, coordinate proceedings, and assist with state and federal court filings. Prepare trial notebooks, witness materials, and hearing or mediation binders. What you bring Paralegal certificate required. Woodbury: 2-3+ years of law firm litigation paralegal experience; general liability experience strongly preferred. Dallas: 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience required; 5+ years preferred. Knowledge of applicable court procedures, electronic filing, and litigation support technology. Strong Microsoft Office skills, organization, written communication, and attention to detail. Woodbury: medical record analysis, NetDocs, and LexisNexis experience valued. Dallas: employment litigation, NEOS, e-discovery, and LexisNexis experience valued. Interested in hearing more?
