Full-Time Permanent Position Outpatient Primary Care

Compensation: $230,000 $280,000 Base Salary + Productivity Bonus
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds Physician to join a well-established, physician-led primary care practice in Southwest Houston, Texas.
With over 28 years of experience serving the community, the practice offers a collaborative work environment, a diverse patient population, an established patient panel with immediate patient volume, and a modern Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

Schedule & Work Environment
- Schedule: Monday Friday
- Hours: 8:00 AM 5:30 PM
- Lunch Break: One hour
- Practice Setting: 100% Outpatient Primary Care
- Hospital Responsibilities: None
- Patient Volume: Established patient panel with immediate volume
- Practice Support: Dedicated referral coordinator for specialist coordination
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $230,000 $280,000 annually, plus a generous productivity-based bonus.
