  • Compensation: $200,000 - $240,000

Our FQHC offers primary and specialty care, dental, behavioral health, audiology, and therapy services to over 7,000 patients.What you'll do:- Diagnose and treat patients using evidence-based medicine- Practice in a certified NYS Patient-Centered Medical Home- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and supervise clinical support staffWhat we're looking for:- MD or DO with a NY license and completed residency- Board certification and outpatient or primary care experience preferred- Ability to obtain or already possess your MAT waiverClinic hours: Monday & Wednesday 8 am - 6 pm; Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday 8 am - 8 pmApply today to grow your career while serving your community!
