Pharmacy Clerk

The Pharmacy Clerk is responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting with the daily operations of the pharmacy. This position supports pharmacists and pharmacy technicians by handling customer transactions, answering phones, organizing merchandise, and ensuring a clean and professional work environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner;

Assist customers with purchases, prescription pickups, and general inquiries;

Operate the cash register and process cash, credit card, and other payments accurately;

Answer incoming telephone calls and direct questions to the appropriate staff member;

Assist customers with locating over-the-counter products and general merchandise.

Refer all medication-related questions to the pharmacist.
