Job Overview
Intuites Healthcare is hiring experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a 13-week contract opportunity at Cibola General Hospital in Grants, New Mexico. This position is ideal for nurses with experience in Labor & Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum care who are comfortable working across both Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units.

Pay Package
Total Compensation: $75/hour
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,700 for 36 guaranteed hours
Taxable W-2 Pay: $39.80/hour
Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,267, subject to eligibility
Overtime: $80/hour after 40 hours worked in a week
The pay package is all-inclusive and includes the listed taxable pay and stipend. Stipend eligibility is subject to applicable requirements.

13-week contract assignment

Weekend or holiday coverage may be required based on scheduling needs
Occasional labor call or overtime may be available
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum.
Monitor maternal and newborn conditions and respond promptly to changes.
Perform patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans.
Support laboring patients and assist with delivery and postpartum recovery.
Perform newborn assessments and provide education to parents and families.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with provider orders and facility policies.
Maintain accurate patient records and electronic health documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and evidence-based nursing practices.
Required Qualifications
Active New Mexico RN license or active multistate Compact RN license.
Previous clinical experience in Labor & Delivery and Postpartum.
Ability and willingness to work in both L&D and Postpartum.
Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certifications.
ADN required; BSN preferred.
Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to work rotating night shifts in a hospital environment.
Additional Requirements: OPS Emergency Workshop and STABLE certification must be obtained within 12 months, as required by the facility. SAFER NM Technician certification is preferred.
