Practice Overview:
- EMR Platform:EPIC
- Practice Setting:Outpatient care at Longstreet Clinic, Oakwood, Georgia
- Care Team:Collaborative team of 4 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers
- Clinic Hours:Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 5:00 PM
- Patient Population:Ages 2 and up; providing acute care, preventive services, and chronic disease management
- On-Site Services:on site laboratory, EKG, and an aesthetic practice
- Support Staff:Experienced dedicated clinical and administrative staff
- Specialist Access:Convenient proximity to a wide range of specialists within the NGHS network
