This Designer Drafting position is ideal for a bilingual professional fluent in Spanish and English, proficient in Revit Auto Desk Software, and experienced with architectural projects in both residential and commercial sectors in California. The role requires a deep understanding of building codes and standards applicable to construction, with a focus on delivering precise drafting and project documentation. This in-office role is based in San Bernardino, CA, and involves close collaboration within a small team, reporting directly to the Senior Architect.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed architectural drafting for residential and commercial projects.
- Ensure compliance with California building codes and construction regulations.
- Develop and maintain Revit models to support project designs.
- Prepare and organize comprehensive project documentation.
- Facilitate bilingual communication in Spanish and English to support project coordination.
- Collaborate closely with team members and architects in an in-office environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in architectural drafting.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
- Strong architectural drafting and documentation skills.
- Effective communication skills for team collaboration.
