We are seeking aBoard-Certified Hospitalist Physician for a locum tenens opportunity inWilliston, ND. This inpatient position provides 24-hour hospitalist coverage,including daytime rounding and admissions, along with overnight call. Thephysician will manage patients across medical/surgical and ICU services, admitpatients from the emergency department, and provide comprehensive inpatientcare.

- Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Night Call: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Coverage: 24-hour hospitalist coverage
- Practice Setting: Inpatient hospital
- EMR: Meditech
Responsibilities
- Manage inpatient admissions, rounds, and ongoing care for hospitalized patients.
- Evaluate and admit patients from the emergency department.
- Provide care for patients on medical/surgical and ICU services.
- Respond to patient needs during overnight call coverage.
- Consult on obstetric patients as needed.
- Coordinate care with specialists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in Meditech.
Requirements
- Board Certification required
- Active North Dakota medical license required
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Active DEA registration required
