Job description

Henry Community Health is looking to add a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to our great team! Join a place where you can build your career while making a difference and enjoying the balance you need for a full life.

  • Full-time
  • Schedule: 4 or 4 1/2 days, flexible
  • 8am to 5pm, can manage own schedule
  • Shared call: call is typically one weekday every 5 weeks and one weekend every 20th weekend
  • Must be BC/BE
  • Employed opportunity
  • 15 Physicians (FM and IM) and 20 Nurse Practitioners
  • 14-16 Patients per day
  • Cerner EMR
  • Sign on bonus, educational loan reimbursement, relocation allowance, 2500 in CME, 5 weeks vacation first year including CME
