The Epic-Certified Willow Inpatient (Willow IP) and Beacon Oncology Analyst is responsible for the design, configuration, optimization, implementation, and ongoing support of Epic Willow Inpatient Pharmacy and Beacon Oncology applications. This senior-level consultant partners with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, IT teams, and operational stakeholders to improve medication management workflows, optimize recurring maintenance processes, and ensure the Epic pharmacy solution supports safe, efficient, and compliant patient care. The ideal candidate is a clinically experienced pharmacist and senior Epic analyst who can move between hands-on application build and strategic engagement with end users. This individual must be comfortable leading meetings, facilitating workflow discussions, gathering requirements, challenging existing processes when appropriate, and translating clinical needs into effective Epic solutions.
