Full-Time Direct Hire DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS Fusco is searching for an experienced Director of Operations. This senior-level position will oversee a multi-location operation and play a key role in developing leaders, improving performance, and supporting continued growth. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role overseeing 21 restaurant locations across the Capital Region and surrounding areas of Upstate New York. The successful candidate will work closely with field leadership and ownership while also supporting a unique centralized production and distribution operation.
