Monday-Thursday

• 7:00 PM-7:00 AM
• In-house overnight coverage

Friday-Sunday

• Continuous weekend coverage
• 24-hour hospitalist coverage

Hospitalist Physician Responsibilities

• L&D coverage
• Obstetric emergencies
• Cesarean sections
• ED GYN call (low volume ED of only 35-45 patients/day)
• Unassigned OB patients
• Overnight physician presence in the hospital
