PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
  • Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
  • Temporary Privileges Available: Yes
  • Credentialing Timeline: 3 months
REQUIRED PROCEDURES
  • Labor floor management
  • Inductions
  • Cesarean sections
  • Gynecological emergency care
  • Inpatient gynecological consultations
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Board: BC in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Licenses: Active NJ license or willingness to obtain
  • NPDB report (obtained within 30 days)
    • May have minimal malpractice settlements - CASE-BY-CASE REVIEW
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP
  • Experience: Hospital-based OB/GYN, labor floor management, inductions, cesarean sections, gynecological emergencies
  • Other Qualifications: EMR proficiency (Cerner/Oracle)
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide inpatient labor and delivery coverage
  • Manage labor floor, including patient inductions
  • Perform cesarean sections
  • Respond to gynecological emergencies in the Emergency Department
  • Conduct inpatient gynecological consultations
