December 7-12: Monday through Friday in-office coverage, plus call coverage for all days.
December 21-27: Monday through Friday in-office coverage, plus call coverage for all days.
January 2, 3, 5 night call, 16-17 weekend coverage, 18-24, 25-31
February 12 night call, 13-14 weekend coverage, 15-21, 22-28
March 12 night call, 13-14 weekend coverage, 15-21, 22-28
April 10-11 weekend coverage, 12-18, 19-25
May 7 night call, 8-9 weekend coverage, 10-16, 17-23. 24-29
June 11 no night call, 12-13 weekend coverage, 14-20, 21-27
July 9 night call, 10-11 weekend coverage, 12-18, 19-25, 26-Aug 1
Requirements Board Certified Radiologist
Active Michigan medical license
BLS & ACLS certifications
Local Provider only
Clean Malpractice & License history - highly preferred
Practice Setting Hospital-based
Level I Trauma Center
Average Cases Per Day: 8
Patient Demographic: Primarily Adult (frequent geriatric)
Team Structure: 3-physician / 2-APP IR team
Procedures Required Angioplasty
Stent placement
Embolization
Needle biopsy
Thrombolysis
UFE (Uterine Fibroid Embolization)
Additional: Ortho, Gyn, Urology cases
