Join our Primary Care team in West Frankfort!

SIH has an opening for a full-time family medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Opportunity Highlights :

    • Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages under physician supervision
    • One of the most important service lines in the system
    • Work-life balance

    Training:

      • Master s or Bachelor s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies (CAHEA-accredited), or
      • Master s Degree in Advanced Practice Nursing (CCNEA-accredited)
      • 1 year of experience is preferred

      Licensure & Certifications:

        • Current Illinois license as PA or APN
        • Current NCCPA (PA) or AACC (APN) certification
