Primary Care Southern Ohio Signing Bonus and Relocation
Step into an established FQHC primary care practice in Southern Ohio where AI scribe technology, full-team multidisciplinary backing, and upfront financial support empower your clinical workflow. Taking over an established patient panel across Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and GYN service lines, you will practice in an integrated clinic setting with an in-house pharmacy and Epic EMR integration. This full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine position offers total clinical security paired with optional paid hospital call upside.
Practice Overview
- You'll join an FQHC-based outpatient model with multiple clinic sites and an in-house pharmacy
- Team includes physicians across Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and GYN, plus APPs and pharmacists
- Established patient panel available as you take over an existing practice
- Epic EMR with AI scribe support; dedicated MA/LPN plus additional float support
Schedule
- 4-day workweek option with 36 patient-facing hours
- No required call
- Typical volume around 15-18 patients/day with 30-minute appointment slots
- Optional PRN hospital call available for extra pay (not required)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $250,000 guaranteed
- Sign-on bonus: $20,000
- Relocation assistance: $10,000

Candidate Requirements
- BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Open to all experience levels, including new grads and experienced physicians
- Comfort with outpatient primary care and continuity-focused panel management
- Team-oriented approach with interest in working within an FQHC setting
