• Average Patient Volume: 2.5 patients per hour
• Patient Demographics: Ages 16+
• EMR: Epic
• Responsibilities: Outpatient primary care
• Onsite Support Staff: 1:1 Medical Assistant for rooming and nursing support for triage
• One clinic location

Requirements:

• Board Status: Board Certified
• License: Active, unrestricted Connecticut medical license
• Certifications: DEA, BLS
• Local candidates strongly preferred
