An established, physician-led health system is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a highly respected and collaborative cardiovascular surgery program. - Join a tenured, high-performing cardiothoracic surgery team
- Perform the full spectrum of adult cardiothoracic surgery
- Established Structural Heart Program, including TAVR
- Collaborative call schedule shared among partners
- Dedicated Advanced Practice Provider support for inpatient rounding, clinic, and call responsibilities
- Balanced 4-day work week:
- 3 days in the operating room
- 1 day in the outpatient clinic
- Strong multidisciplinary collaboration with cardiology, vascular surgery, critical care, and anesthesia teams
