Job Title: Mobile Semi-Truck Tire Technician
Position Type: Full Time Wednesday- Sunday 4pm-12am
Location: KINGMAN AZ including 50 mile radius
Compensation: $4800-$8000+ / month
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Mobile Semi-Truck Tire Technician to join our roadside response team. In this role, you will operate a fully equipped company service truck to respond to emergency roadside calls. You will be responsible for diagnosing tire issues, replacing commercial truck tires, and ensuring our trucking clients get back on the road safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Emergency Roadside Response: Drive a company service truck to dispatch locations on highways to handle tire emergencies.
Tire Service Operations: Safely mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair heavy-duty commercial semi-truck tires and wheels.
Equipment Maintenance: Keep the service truck, compressor, impact guns, jacks, and specialized tire tools clean, organized, and in safe working order.
Customer Service: Maintain clear communication with dispatchers and truck drivers regarding estimated arrival times and service updates.
Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to DOT regulations, roadside safety protocols (such as proper cone placement and high-visibility gear), and company safety standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age (required for commercial vehicle insurance compliance).
License & Driving Record: Valid drivers license with a clean, acceptable driving record. Commercial Drivers License (CDL Class A or B) is a plus but not required.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, maneuver, and roll heavy commercial truck tires and assemblies weighing anywhere from 50 to 150+ lbs repeatedly.
Environmental Adaptability: Capability to work independently outdoors in all types of weather conditions (heat, rain, snow) on the side of active highways.
Experience: Prior experience handling commercial vehicle tires or heavy equipment is highly preferred.
Screening: Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
