Job Description Job Description
Virtual interview options are available for out-of-area candidates.
Here's the honest pitch: we're a family-owned home service company that's been taking care of Mohave County since 1990, and we're growing. We're looking for a plumber who takes pride in their work, treats customers right, and wants a place to build a long-term career, not just clock in. If that sounds like you, keep reading.
Appearance Standard
Because this is a customer-facing role, Air Control Home Services maintains appearance standards that prohibit visible tattoos on the face, neck, and hands, subject to applicable law and reasonable accommodations.
What You'll Actually Do
Forget the standard job description bullets. Here's the real shape of the role:
Solve real problems. Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment, and handle installs, replacements, and upgrades.
Take care of the customer. You'll walk homeowners through their options so they can make good decisions about their home. No pressure, just honest recommendations.
Do it right the first time. Clean work, accurate paperwork, and a truck that's stocked and organized so you're not chasing parts.
Be part of the team. Work closely with dispatch, management, and our install crews. Take your turn in the on-call rotation like everyone else.
Keep getting better. We run our own in-house training academy, and our apprenticeship program has been recognized by the State of Arizona. If you want to grow, we'll invest in you.
Who You Are

- You have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
