Sanitation Manager

Sanitation Manager The Sanitation Manager will oversee and direct sanitation and cleaning functions throughout the facility. They will provide leadership and direction to sanitation employees. Responsibilities: Lead and direct sanitation associates in the cleaning and sanitizing of production equipment and facility areas, ensuring compliance with food safety standards Train team members on proper cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and manufacturer-recommended application methods Verify sanitation effectiveness through visual inspections, pre-op and post-op evaluations, and corrective actions as needed Complete and maintain sanitation records, inspection documentation, and verification paperwork to support regulatory and quality requirements Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of sanitation experience in a food manufacturing or bakery environment Previous supervisor or lead experience Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm GMP experience Preferred Skills & Experience: SQF certification is preferred HACCP certification is preferred Disclaimer: By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, Al-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners.
