Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable from ACH, Branch Deposit, Credit Card, Lock Boxes, and Wire transfers.

Deposit checks using a remote deposit scanner and validate bank deposits

Reconcile account variances with internal team members and customers as needed

Process and record journal entries related to accounting for customer payments

Assist Accounting Department with reconciliations for month-end close

Prepare and obtain lien releases from vendors as needed

Process credit card payments and record transactions

Maintain organized records for vendor and customer files
