Clinical Pharmacist Highlights Location: Remote / Work From Home (Florida residents) The pay for this position is: $66.00 per hour. Schedule: Flexible scheduling; hours based on business needs (role notes indicate full-time need, but the hiring manager may consider part-time) Remote position (Florida) This position is a Temporary role Openings: 2 End date on assignment: Oct 2027 Responsibilities Conduct outbound phone calls (notes indicate high call volume, up to 100 calls/day). Complete Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMR). Deliver Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services. Provide in-depth consultations on statin medication use per AHA guidelines. Accurately and efficiently transcribe prescription, diagnosis, and recommendation data into a third-party, web-based application (data provided via hard copy and/or SignifyHealth application). Attend training sessions to enhance MTM/CMR-related skills. Requirements Active/valid Florida Pharmacist License (client request: include a screenshot at the top of the resume). 4+ years of experience as a clinical MTM pharmacist (management experience preferred). Familiarity with Medicare Part D Star measures, specifically SUPD, SPC, and CMR. Clinical experience in medication review. Strong medical/pharmaceutical vocabulary and documentation accuracy. Preferred / Additional Salesforce experience preferred. Must be tech savvy. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
