We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Neurosurgery experience for a locum need in Virginia, beginning in mid-December 2026. This is a full-time, inpatient position providing coverage for a maternity leave through at least April 2027. The schedule offers consistent weekday hours with no call requirements.

Manage hospitalized neurosurgical patients
Patient and family communication

Collaborate with an employed Neurosurgery NP
Coordinate care within the inpatient neurosurgical team
Requirements
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Board Certification required
Active Virginia license required at submission
Candidates requiring Virginia licensure will not be considered
