Fiber Transport Company, Inc. is hiring CDL A Local Wood Chip Drivers in Ackerman, MS for day & night shift. Fiber Transport is a privately owned transportation company with offices located in Mobile, AL and Shubuta, MS. We primarily specialize in the transportation of forest/wood products. - Weekly gross pay range: $1,100 to $1,300
- Paid per load, varies by customer
- 10-15 loads per week
- Additional pay: Detention pay
- Bonuses:
- Referral bonus: $250
- Clean DOT inspection: $50

- All loads come out of Ackerman, MS
- Level of Touch: No touch freight
- Depending on trailer drivers may have to place a tarp over top of the trailerEquipment

- Must be at least 23 years of age
- Must have CDL A license
- Must have a minimum of 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
- No DUI/DWIs in last 5 years
- No more than 1 speeding ticket in the past 3 years
- Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
- Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen & background check
- Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 60 miles of Macon, MS or be willing to relocate for this position
