MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Define and maintain enterprise architecture for core platforms, including ERP (IFS), Novacura, and Microsoft technologies (Azure, Power Platform); Design and oversee system integrations across ERP, MES, warehouse management, and analytics platforms using standardized patterns (APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture); Establish and govern data models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceability across production and supply chain systems; Partner with business stakeholders across operations, supply chain, and finance to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions; Lead digital transformation initiatives, including cloud adoption, system modernization, and process automation; Ensure systems support regulatory compliance, batch traceability, and quality control standards required in spirits production; Provide oversight across the full application lifecycle, including solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-production support; and Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and performance management for a team supporting enterprise systems and platform engineering initiatives.
