- Meet reasonable work deadlines while maintaining quality workmanship.
- Be available for overtime when business needs require it.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, take on additional responsibilities, and grow with the company.

- Willingness to work overtime when needed.
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced repair environment.
- A positive attitude and a genuine interest in growing with an expanding company.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience repairing commercial trucks, buses, and heavy-duty diesel equipment.
- Knowledge of diesel engine diagnostics, electrical systems, air brakes, cooling systems, and preventive maintenance.
- Familiarity with electronic diagnostic tools and technical repair manuals.
- Relevant technical training, certifications, or commercial vehicle repair credentials.

- Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do.
- Can be trusted to complete quality work without constant supervision.
- Shows up on time and takes responsibility for their work.
- Understands that teamwork, reliability, and communication matter.
