The Executive Chef will:
Have 5+ years of upscale management experience
Have excellent local knowledge and experience in Pacific Northwest Wines & Cuisine
Have Private Events experience (Hotel or Banquets, Wine Dinners, ect)
Have scratch kitchen experience
Ensure the utmost quality and consistency in food and service
Have a passion for building, training, and leading a strong team
Maintain the restaurant's revenue, profitability, and quality goals
The Restaurant Manager will:
Have 5+ years of upscale management experience
Have excellent wine knowledge and experience in Pacific Northwest Wines & Cuisine
Have Private Events experience (Hotel or Banquets, Wine Dinners, ect)
Have New Restaurant Opening experience
Ensure the utmost quality and consistency in food and service
Have a passion for building, training, and leading a strong team
