Then you will plan, organize, and assist with home health care service with your focus on just one patient for your shift. As a Skilled Nurse (Registered Nurse or License Practical Nurse You will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life. Demonstrate understanding organizational and nursing policies and procedures. Demonstrate strong communication skills, both spoken and written. Demonstrate ability to manage and direct patient care according to the patient care plan and update as needed. Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, as well as monitors and documents effectiveness of intervention. Intervenes as applicable in response to changes in patient/client condition and reports such changes to the appropriate physician or supervisor.
