Long-term assignment with a minimum commitment of 6 months requiredCoverage needed Monday through Friday, with particular need for Mondays and Fridays with full shift completionShift options include 12-hour and 10-hour shifts for OR coverage, and 8-hour shifts for GI Specialty Center coverageShifts are posted up to one year in advance, and providers are expected to claim and confirm schedules accordinglyProvider will receive a notification the night before each shift indicating which location to report toMust provide a minimum of 30 days notice for any schedule changes or if no longer planning to work the assignmentProvider will be credentialed and scheduled across three locations, all falling under the same health system umbrellaPreference for candidates who can accommodate a mix of 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shiftsMust have a minimum of 200 cases completed within the last 12 months in order to be credentialedHoliday coverage availability is preferredNo new graduates will be consideredClear background with no malpractice history strongly preferredFacility:
