  • Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric
  • % Outpatient vs Inpatient: 100% Inpatient
  • Average # of Patients Per Day: Hospital - varies
  • Trauma Level Designation: N/A
  • Required Duties, Procedures, Skills, etc: Post-procedural daily care, patient / family communication and education, collaboration with one employed neurosurgery NP
  • EMR/Documentation: EPIC

Submission Requirements
  • Board certified - REQUIRED
  • Active VA license (will NOT accept providers who need to obtain) - REQUIRED
  • Active ACLS, BLS - REQUIRED
  • Active DEA - REQUIRED
  • Clean background/no malpractice or license issues, no exceptions - REQUIRED
