About Dynamic Automotive
Dynamic Automotive is seeking an experienced B-Level Automotive Technician in Frederick, MD. This position pays $25-$30 plus a production bonus beginning with the first billable hour and a monthly bonus based on location sales. Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles.
- Perform automotive diagnostics and mechanical troubleshooting using diagnostic equipment and scan tools.
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.
- Follow established shop safety practices and repair procedures.
- Communicate repair findings and relevant vehicle information clearly and accurately.
- Take accountability for productivity, repair quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Work independently while collaborating with technicians and other team members.
- Continue developing technical knowledge as automotive technology and repair procedures change.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of automotive repair experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong automotive diagnostic and mechanical problem-solving skills.
- Four ASE Certifications or the ability to obtain four within one year of employment.
- Ability to operate diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and computer systems.
- Required personal hand tools and specialty tools necessary to perform the position.
- Maryland State Inspector License is a plus.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- $25-$30 plus production bonus.
