This is a 25-bed acute care hospital offering a full range of services along with key ancillary services and advanced medical technologies. The facility includes a surgery center performing procedures on a daily basis, as well as comprehensive rehabilitation services including physical, occupational, and speech therapy.

Employed - Family Medicine

Job Details:

• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no call requirements
• Join a well-established practice with 6 physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers
• Patient Centered Medical Home designated clinic
• Average daily patient volume of 20 patients
• Full support staff including nursing, medical assistants, schedulers, care coordinators, and clerical support
• Nursing home rounds included
