Job Responsibilities:
- Provide interventional cardiology services, including balloon angioplasties, coronary angioplasty, and heart catheterization.
- Conduct medical management of vascular diseases and perform coronary angiograms.
- Participate in on-call rotations, managing both routine and emergent cases.
- Coordinate with other interventional cardiologists and healthcare providers during coverage.
- Document patient interactions and procedures in the EPIC system.
- Maintain high standards of patient care for adult and geriatric populations.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Active Virginia state medical license.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to handle a minimum of two daily inpatient admissions.
