•Join a collegial team of four Ophthalmologists supported by experienced clinical and administrative staff dedicated to physician success
•Inherit a substantial patient panel and surgical volume from a retiring physician, providing the opportunity to be productive from day one
•Practice comprehensive Ophthalmology with the flexibility to incorporate Glaucoma, Retina, Cornea, or other subspecialty interests
•Modern clinic equipped with advanced imaging technology, including OCT, visual field testing, and state-of-the-art ophthalmic equipment
•Flexible scheduling options, including the opportunity for a 4-day work week
•Tailor patient volume and practice style to your preferences, with established physicians typically seeing 25-45 patients daily
Compensation & Benefits:
•Salary guarantee of up to $600,000 plus additional productivity incentives with proven earning up to $750,000
•$150,000 sign-on bonus
