Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Respiratory Unit experience.
• 3 months of Epic experience is required.
• AS completion required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of worked or educational clinical experience in both general and critical care.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
2+ years of experience in a hospital setting providing respiratory care.
Required Credentials:
Associate Degree from a CoARC accredited Respiratory Care program.
Preferred Credentials:
Bachelor's degree for Respiratory Care.
American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) and Wisconsin Society for Respiratory Care (WSRC) membership.
Special Requests:
Local Rate = 10% less than travel rate
Unit Details:
A Respiratory Care Practitioner performs designated respiratory care and pulmonary diagnostic procedures in the treatment, management, control, diagnostic evaluation, and care of patients with deficiencies and abnormalities associated with the cardiopulmonary system.
Therapeutic treatment and diagnostic testing are performed with medical gases and equipment, environmental control systems, humidification, and aerosols.
Respiratory care services include administration of medications to the cardiopulmonary system.
Respiratory care services include ventilatory support, including maintenance and management of life support systems.
Respiratory care services include bronchopulmonary clearance and breathing exercises.
Respiratory care services include patient education and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
Natural and artificial airways are maintained.
These procedures are performed in critical care and non-critical care areas for patients of all ages.
Shift & Scheduling:
Every other weekend rotation.
Holiday rotation.
No call.
14 days maximum time off
1 Manager reference required
Driver's license required

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
