Job description

  • Days, Monday-Friday; no call
  • Hours: 6:30a-3:00p (Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri); 7:30a-3:00p (Tue)
  • Preferred availability: at least 1 week per month; more welcomed
  • Setting: Level I Trauma Center; 17 ORs; high-energy/busy environment
  • Case mix: All surgical subspecialties except cardiac; cardiac and burns not required
  • Coverage model: No supervision; independent/solo practice
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Department staffing: 5-10 locums year-round
  • Patient population: Pediatrics; neonatal cases common
  • Requirements: Pediatric Anesthesia Board Certified, Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship, Minimum experience: 1 year
